Courtesy means a lot to me. I always think that it is really important to have manners and to start it at an early age. Lots of people(whom i know) aren't as kind as they look and are really rude.
I don't see anything wrong just saying a mere 'thank you' or 'sorry'
I just don't understand how the world can be a better place when no one even bothers to put in some effort...
