I think it means to me that manners are really important and it opens up the future for us( i think)better and what education and even the best education is unable to do. It is always very important to have good manners and it is also just as good to have good education. Without manners, you would be rude and other would dislike it. Withou education, you would know nothing and just as bad as being rude...
